LibGuides offers a range of statistics, available from the Statistics tab on the LibGuides home page. All our staff are set up in LibGuides as Admin users so you will be able to access this.

The statistics you will most likely need to collect are views of a Research Skills Guide:

1. Go to LibGuides
2. Click on the Statistics tab
3. Click on the Guides tab. You can browse for the guide you want, or filter by guide status. You can request daily or monthly statistics and you can set your date-range
4. Click on Run Report. You will get a graph of your guide-views, with the total number of views and the total number of days/months.
5. You can export to HTML or CSV (Excel).

After you have called up a report of the guide views, you can proceed to call up a report of individual page views:

1. Below the chart of guide views, you will see the name of the guide as a link. Click on that:

2. Set the parameters for your report and click on Run Report:

3. You will get a table of the pages with the number of views for each, with the most-viewed at the top.
