To create a new blank guide:

1. Log in to LibApps
2. On the LibApps Home page, click on Library Guides
3. In the LibGuides Shortcuts panel, click on Create Guide
4. At the Choose Layout or Reuse dropdown, select Start fresh 
5. Type in your Guide Name
6. Select the appropriate Guide Type. Not sure which to select? See How we use LibGuides - Guide types.
7. Click Create Guide.

This will take you to the home page of your new guide! For more information on setting up your guide and managing guide settings, see the next page, Managing guide settings.

You probably won't create a completely new guide very often. You will more likely create a guide by copying from an existing guide or template. For instructions, see the previous page, Copying a guide.
