As the creator of the record your details will automatically appear in this space. Please ensure your organisation affiliation is correct for this impact record. This is done by clicking on the ‘edit’ button next to your name.
To include a person internal to Charles Sturt, select the search button then begin typing their surname. A list of relevant search results will appear
To include an internal organisation unit of the university, click add organisational unit and select search. Type in the name of the organisation unit, a search results list will appear.
To remove people or organisations click the ‘-‘ button on the right hand side of their name.

Create external person |
You can add external people to the record, if they don’t appear in the search list.
Click ‘Add person’ from the primary form, then select the right hand option ‘create external person’ from the pop-up box.
Please provide the name (first and last), role, country and organisational affiliation of the external person.
Options for external person roles include:
- Creator
- Participant
- Other
- Facilitator
- Consultant
- Presenter
- Panel Member

To add an external organisation affiliation please provide their type, country location and the name of the organisation. Be sure to search for the organisation to see if it already exists, before adding a new entry.
Types include:
- Government
- Private not for profit
- Unknown
- Funding body
- Academic
- Corporate
- Medica
- Court
