Using Leganto for Staff: Add collaborators

As a list owner you can:

As a list collaborator you can:

  • Add, edit and remove resources and sections.
  • Add and remove collaborators.
  • Associate cohorts.
  • Delete a list.
  • Duplicate a list.
  • Add, edit and remove resources and sections.              

NOTE: Leganto lists are shared between all instances of a particular subject code, e.g. MGT100 will use the same list for 30, 31, 45, 60, 75 and 90 sessions. Please be aware that any changes you make will be reflected in the list. Communicate with all collaborators as required. Review and update collaborators as needed.

Adding collaborators

Collaborate on Readings & Resources (Leganto) lists with academic colleagues and support staff so they can view and edit lists too. 

Steps:

  1. Select List info.
  2. Select Manage collaborators.
  3. Select Add collaborators.
  4. Search for an educator or support staff.
  5. To change staff from collaborator to owner, select the drop-down menu and change from Can edit list, to List owner.

Collaborators can immediately access and edit the list.

Newly added collaborators will receive an e-mail notification the following morning.
