Saving records in Primo

Save a single record

Select the pin icon to the right of each search result to save the record.

All saved records will appear yellow in colour in your search results so they can be clearly identified in future search results.

Save multiple records

Save multiple records at once by selecting the check box to the left of each search result, and choosing the pin icon at the top of the list.

Managing labels

Start in the My Favourites menu on the Saved Records tab.

  • Create a new label. Select Add label beneath each record. Choose New from the pop-up box.
  • Apply an existing label. Select Add label beneath each record. Choose one or more labels from the pop-up box.
  • Remove a label. Select the pencil icon next to the applied label. Select the X next to the label to be removed.
  • Labels as limiters. Once a label is applied to a saved record, the label will become a limiting option on the right parallel to the search results.
