Primo Search Help: Placing Requests

What can you request?

Our physical and online resources are available to all students no matter if you’re studying on campus or online.

If you need one of our physical items, but you aren’t on the campus where it’s held you can place either a loan request or a digitisation request:

Loan request – use this if you want to borrow the whole book.

For on campus students, we will send the book to your home campus and you can pick it up from the hold self.

For online students, we will loan the book to you and then post it to your home address. This service is free for students as postage is funded by SSAF.

Digitisation request – use this if you don’t need the whole book.

We will scan the required chapter or pages (up to one chapter or 10%) and email you a PDF.

See the Borrowing page of our website for more details including how many items you can borrow and for how long.
