The CSU EndNote license enables users to register for an EndNote Online account that can be used to:

• access your EndNote library from any computer with Internet access
• sync your EndNote library across multiple computers and with the EndNote iPad app.

It can also be used to share groups of references, or your entire library with up to 100 colleagues - subject to copyright and CSU license conditions.

Once you have registered your account, you can access EndNote Online from https://access.clarivate.com/login?app=endnote using any computer with an Internet connection, for 2 years from the date of registration. Sign In using the email address and password which you chose when you registered.

Back up your EndNote library before creating an EndNote Online account and or sync your desktop library with EndNote Online.

• Registration for the use of EndNote Online is undertaken with Clarivate Analytics™- see Clarivate Analytics™ Privacy Statement for more information
• Your data will be stored on a server in the United States. United States government agencies are able to access your data at any time without notice, which may have privacy implications for your data
• Existing registration for the use of EndNote Online undertaken using EndNote X8 under the CSU license has expired. Updating to EndNote 20 will give you 2 years access to EndNote Online.
