Information & Research Literacies GLO: Embedded Program

This guide is designed to help academics embed teaching and learning experiences in their curriculum

Embedded Librarian Program at CSU

The embedded librarian program provides contextualised information literacy support aligned to your curriculum.

Each faculty has a team of librarians who work with you to develop appropriate resources and support to help your students refine their Information & Research Literacy skills.

The program is strategic in focus and aims to connect with students at key points in their degree, embedding support to develop their skills when they will have the most benefit to their studies. The scaffolded support is designed to be as flexible as possible to enable all student cohorts access, no matter their enrolment type. The Library has put together a number of different interventions which target the Information and Research Literacy needs of the students in both their studies and future careers.
