Literature Review & Research Skills Guide: Referencing

Referencing for EEB501/ERP502

APA style (Publication manual of the American Psychological Association, 7th edition) is the style specified in your Subject Guide.

There are, however, many referencing styles, so if you publish articles in journals, you might find that a journal publisher requires a different style.

You can manually word process your references or you can use referencing software such as EndNote to help you do it. However, referencing software does not take away the need for students and researcher to know the rules of the referencing style that they are using.
