Journal articles containing the latest literature and research in your discipline are usually contained in journal databases to which universities subscribe.
Most journal subscriptions at university libraries are electronic and access is controlled by licensing agreements. Most licensing agreements only allow enrolled staff and students to have access. Universities generally only provide internet access to staff and enrolled students.
