How to reuse a list

Readings and Resources lists don't need to be rebuilt each session. Ensure your list is ready for session with these steps.

Reusing a list via the i2 site

  • Unhide the Readings and Resources tool link i2 (repeat for all cohorts)

The Readings and Resources tool link will be present in your i2 site by default, however, it will be hidden from student view. Enable students to view the tool link so they can access the list (see, Set up Leganto).

  • Select the Readings and Resources link. This will open the list.

Reusing a list via the Leganto platform

  • Enter Leganto directly and search for a list by subject code (you must be a collaborator on the list for it to appear).

 

In your list:

  • Check all cohorts are associated to the list.

Hover your mouse over the graduation cap icon underneath the list title. Make sure all cohorts are associated to the list (see, Associate Multiple Cohorts).

  • Check that staff teaching other cohorts are collaborators of the list (see, Add Collaborators). 

Please note:

If the list has a (China Only) identification inside the title, do not use it. This is designated for our international delivery and applies only to our overseas cohorts.
