When you are happy with the content of your list you need to publish your list so that students are able to see the content in your Interact site. You can send your list to the Library throughout the session, if you want to stage the readings that are available.
Sending the List to the Library
You will need to Send the List to the Library to verify any links and process any eReserve requests where appropriate.
To send the list, select the Send List button at the top of your Reading List.
The Library will send email notifications when the readings have been verified and contact you if there are any questions.
If you make any changes to the list in the future, you will need to Send the List again.
Publishing your List
Once you have sent the list to the Library, you can publish your reading list, so that students can view it in your Interact site - you don't need to wait for confirmation from the Library to do this.
Select the ellipsis "..." at the top of the reading list and select Publish.
The Published List will default to "Course students" unless stated otherwise.
Please note: if the status on a reading is not showing as “complete” the description will be visible however the reading will not be accessible until it has been processed and completed by the Library.
Make sure your Reading list tool is visible in your Interact site, and you're ready to go!
