When you are happy with the content of your list you need to publish your list so that students are able to see the content in your Interact site.
If you want to stage the readings so that they become available at different times throughout the session, you can send your list to the Library throughout the session.
Before you publish your list you should check that all the links are working, and you should also check the status of each item. If the status of a reading is not showing as Complete then the description will be visible but the reading will not be accessible until it has been processed and completed by the Library.
Publishing your list is a 2-step process:
Because Leganto communicates with the Library system, and because the Library staff check reading lists for broken links and for eReserve, Reserve and new book requests, you need to send the list to the Library before it is published.
The Library will send email notifications to you when the readings have been verified, and will contact you if there are any questions.
If you make any changes to the list in the future, you will need to Send the List again.
Once you have sent the list to the Library, you can publish it, so that students can view it in your Interact site. You don't need to wait for any confirmation from the Library to do this.
Make sure your Reading list tool is visible in your Interact site, and you're ready to go!
