To add additional CSU staff to view and edit a specific Reading List, select Manage collaborators from the Collaborators menu.
In the Manage collaborators box enter the name or email address for your colleagues and select Send Invitation.
The default collaborator rights are "Can Edit List", but you can change this by selecting Manage collaborators under the collaborators list on the right.
Manage will assign full control to a collaborator allowing the ability to add, edit, remove and change resources and selections; delete a list, and add and remove collaborators to the list. If you are duplicating a list to share with an Instructor of another cohort, this is the best option to choose.
Edit will assign users to add, edit, remove and change resources and sections.
