To enable other CSU staff to view and edit a specific Reading List, you need to add them as a "collaborator".
In the Collaborators pane, click on Manage collaborators.
In the Invite new collaborators box, enter the name or email address for your colleagues. If you are inviting a Library staff member to collaborate, then you must search for them using their staff number, in the format CS12345678. Click on Send invitation.
The default collaborator rights are "Can Edit List", but you can change this by clicking on Manage collaborators in the Collaborators pane on the right.
Can manage list means a collaborator can add, edit, remove and change resources and sections but also delete a list, and add and remove collaborators. Anyone who wishes to copy/duplicate a list into a different i2 site needs to have Can manage list status in the original list. See the page in this guide on Reusing a list.
