LANGUAGES, CULTURES AND HISTORIES

Important!

Information which speaks reliably across the languages, cultures, and histories of all Indigenous Australians can be difficult to find. This can be because of the large number of Aboriginal Australian nations which each have their own languages, cultures, and histories.

Therefore, it may be worth also looking at information on specific Aboriginal Australian nations. Below is a sample of  information available on two nations, Wiradjuri and Yolngu.

Wiradjuri

NSW Department of Environment & Heritage - South Western Slopes - Regional History

ABC Open: Our Mother Tongue: Wiradjuri

Yolngu
