Accessing LinkedIn Learning through Charles Sturt University

 

You will be prompted to sign in using your organisational email. If you are a student, you don't have an organisational email, and you should enter csu.edu.au and click continue. You will then be prompted to enter your Charles Sturt username and password.

If you are a first-time user, you may be prompted to create an account and allow LinkedIn Learning to access your details to be able to use this service. You may also be asked if you've previously had a LinkedIn Learning account. If you had a previous account you can transfer your history to your new account by selecting I've had an account. Selecting No, I've never had an account will allow you to create a new account and profile.

If accessing LinkedIn Learning from the main website, you can login to your account by completing the following steps:

  1. Select Sign in from the top right corner
  2. Select Sign in with your organizational portal
  3. Enter csu.edu.au in the email field and click Continue
  4. Login with your Charles Sturt username and password
  5. Create a LinkedIn Learning account
  6. Allow LinkedIn Learning to access your information when prompted
  7. If you are a student, please select your faculty in the Business Unit / Group field

Who can access LinkedIn Learning

Charles Sturt has purchased licenses for use by both staff and students. This means that there is no cost to you for using this resource.

LinkedIn Learning offers training on a variety of platforms for business, creativity and technology. It covers subject areas such as:

What is LinkedIn Learning?

LinkedIn Learning is a video based learning tool, provided for the benefit of both Charles Sturt University staff and students. Specializing in training courses on topics such as business, software, creativity, and technology, the courses are designed for a range of learners and learning outcomes. LinkedIn Learning courses are an on-demand service, and may be viewed online via a computer or mobile device, or downloaded and viewed offline. Mobile Devices

You can also download the LinkedIn Learning app to access LinkedIn Learning from your mobile device. To access LinkedIn Learning the app on your phone or tablet:

  1. Download the appropriate app for your device.
  2. Make sure you login as an existing member.
  3. Select the Organization tab, and ensure Charles Sturt is selected.
  4. Enter your Charles Sturt username and password when prompted.
